His expertise and achievement in the Organizational Development space is equally as extensive in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions; Organizational Restructures & Change; Process Optimization; Talent & Performance Management; and, Employee Engagement. Jason has coached and mentored hundreds of managers and leaders to build upon strengths and address developmental opportunities to meet the strategic, authentic and transformative demands of today’s most successful organizations.
He has presented on topics including Leadership, Change Management, Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources, at organizations such as Event’s CHRO Leadership Summit and New York University (NYU). As a recognized expert in Hospitality, he has also been an Adjust Faculty and Guest Lecturer at the Preston Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management at NYU.
Jason has served as a trusted C-Suite and executive advisor, and key member of global and regional executive leadership teams, focused on driving strategic culture, business and talent achievement in the Financial Services and Travel & Hospitality industries. Jason fully understands the powerful combination of what exemplary world class customer experience and employee experience can bring to the success of an organization. Jason brings this unique set of expertise and strategic approach to everything he does.
Jason received his MA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with honors from New York University and his BFA in Performing Arts from Marymount Manhattan College. He also attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
He is certified and qualified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and in multiple assessment tools including MBTI, FIRO-B and STRONG Inventory. Jason is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Association of Talent Development, and Screen Actors Guild/AFTRA.
